The changes were <br />carefully considered and agreed upon by all soil scientists and regulatory agencies present (See <br />OSM formal Mine Site Evaluation). In addition the changes were discussed with either Mike <br />Morgan and/or JoEllen Turner prior to being conducted. <br />In conclusion the sampling performed at the New Horizon Mine site as required by TR-61, <br />subject to the foregoing changes, was completed in a safe, accurate and scientifically sound <br />method and will provide quality data.
