-2- <br />3. Within 30 days following completion of the authorized work you shall submit post - <br />construction site photographs of the project site, as -built drawings and a description of the <br />work conducted on the project site to this office for review. The drawings shall include the <br />following: <br />a. The Department of the Army Permit number. <br />b. A plan view drawing of the location of the authorized work footprint (as shown on <br />the permit drawings) with an overlay of the work as constructed in the same scale as <br />the attached permit drawings. <br />c. A description and list of all deviations between the work as authorized by this <br />permit and the work as constructed. Clearly indicate on the as -built drawings the <br />location of any deviations that have been listed. <br />4. You shall revegetate all disturbed soil surface areas with appropriate seed mix and <br />willow live stakes in accordance with the submitted plans and the attached Vegetation Rip - <br />rap guidance. <br />5. You must sign the enclosed Compliance Certification and return it to this office <br />within 30 days after completion of the authorized work. <br />This verification is valid for six (6) months from the date of this letter or until the RGP is <br />modified, reissued, or revoked, whichever comes first. Failure to comply with the General <br />Conditions of this RGP, or the project- specific Special Conditions of this authorization, may result <br />in the suspension or revocation of your authorization. <br />Please refer to identification number SPK- 2012 -00114 in any correspondence concerning <br />this project.
