The North Decline disturbed areas were treated for infestation of
cheatgrass. The treatment was chemical for two consecutive years, year
one (2005) with Plateau /Roundup and year two (2006) with Plateau. In
February 2007 the area was interseeded, via hydroseeding, with approved
seed mix specified in Table 14 -14 of the permit. (See attached seed mix
tag.) Please note that at the time of purchase Gardner Saltbush was not
available, so at the suggestion of DRMS, Palmer Penstemon and
Winterfat were increased in the mix that was used.

Pond 7, SAE Sediment traps (sumps) and 18" V -ditch were reclaimed in
2011. The West diversion ditch #1, East diversion ditches #1 & #2, the

November 8, 2011 with TR -62. Located in the N' /2NE'/, Section 34 and
the NW'/NW'/, Section 35, Township 10 South, Range 98 West, 6 P.M.
