(c) Area backfilled and graded - 36.1 acres during 2011 = (0.5 at Pond 8 and 2.2 at
North Decline) also (29.5 acres at UTL released w /Ph III Bond Release & 3.9
acres at SP released w /Ph III Bond Release that should have been reported in
2010).
(e) Area Seeded - 2.7 acres during 2011. Pond 8 (0.5 acres) at South Portal, Pond
7, Sumps and ditches (2.2 acres) at North Decline was seeded during 2011 with
seed mix shown on Table 14 -8, Upland Components (seed mix tag attached).
Whitetop was treated in April, using Curtail, at the Roadside South Borrow Area
& reclaimed upper diversion ditch, Pond 9, reclaimed water tank area at South
Portal, North Portal silt fence area, and 2 West Portals. Russian Knapweed was
treated in September, using Curtail, above the Roadside Borrow Area.

and therefore not required for this report.
