The <br />report is in compliance and satisfy rule 2.02.6(3)(b). It is noted that the report covers all permitted holes <br />with hole ccu047 being converted into a water supply well and hole ccu036 not being drilled. A <br />division of Water Resources well permit was acired for the converted well and the permit is included. <br />Attached with the Final Reclamation Report is your request for coal exploration bond release for NOI X- <br />2009- 231 -00. We currently hold a bond for this NOI in the amount of $122,351.00. <br />So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at this site, we will conduct <br />the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting.
