There was a sulfuric smell from the discharge at the Moffat Pond. No <br />problems were observed with the embankment or other pond features. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the pen <br />The fence at the Moffat Pond remains damaged near the southwest coiner. Posts have been bent and the wires are <br />lying on the ground. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03: <br />No problems were observed with roads or culverts. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The site appeared to be in good condition as no gullies or other problems were observed.
