ROADS —Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4); Surfacing and
Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7):
The main entrance road was snow covered but passable. No debris was blocking the road.
SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12:
The natural slide outside of and immediately adjacent to the west end of the permit boundary did not
appear to have slipped since the last inspection.
SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04:
The bridge is the only facility structure remaining at the site. One of the girders on the east side of the
bridge is damaged and should be inspected by qualified personnel before heavy equipment traverses the bridge
(photo 3 &4).
SIGNS AND MARKERS —Rule 4.02:
The mine identification sign at the top of the entrance road has all the required information.
