This revision <br />added 14.6 acres of private coal into the permit boundary. <br />The total affected area is 5391.1 acres. This is an increase of 2,492.8 acres over what DRMS is <br />currently using in its decision documents. <br />The surface and subsurface ownership information as well as the compliance sections were <br />updated in section 2.03. Section 2.05 was updated to discuss the new mine plan. The structure <br />list on pages 2.05 -93, 94 and 95 were updated. Exhibit 42 List of Structures was also updated. <br />Eight monitoring wells were drilled during 2011. They are all located south of the permit <br />boundary. Two are completed in the Allen, Maxwell and Apache seams and one each are <br />completed in the Blue and Red seams. These monitoring wells were added to Table 27. <br />Hydrologic Monitoring Requirements. Discussion of the monitoring wells was updated on pages <br />2.05 -90f. <br />The surface and subsurface ownership maps and mine plan were updated. New coal thickness, <br />overburden, structure and interburden maps are provided. Updated Structure inventory maps are <br />provided <br />The reclamation bond will not increase as a result of this revision.
