The <br />pond was stable with no problems noted. The discharge was clear. The amount of discharge was not identified <br />through the flume. <br />- Ice was observed in the float for the flow meter at the discharge. The ice should be cleared to prevent damage to <br />the float. <br />The Pecoco Pond contained water (iced over) and was discharging into the upper sump as permitted at the time of <br />the inspection. The embankments were stable and snow - covered at the time of the inspection. The primary CMP <br />spillway was in good condition and the emergency spillway was stable with no problems noted. <br />Culverts and ditches located outside of the South Facilities Area were snow - covered at the time of the inspection. <br />Ditches and culverts throughout the site were snow- covered at the time of the inspection. All culverts were in <br />place with no problems noted. <br />The upper sump was holding water (iced over) at the time of the inspection. Water was discharging from the <br />Pecoco Pond into the upper sump with discharge noted from the upper sump into ditch RC -D3. The embankments <br />of the upper sump were stable and snow- covered at the time of the inspection. <br />The lower sump construction has been completed. The lower sump was holding water (iced over) with discharge <br />noted.
