To Whom It May Concern:
As an Owner of surface lands within the Seneca I1-W Minc permit area, it is hereby requested that
approximately 1,410 feet of existing road (1-laul Road "G") in Section 9, T5N, R88W, be left as a
permanent feature following final reclamation of the Seneca I1-W Mine. The portions of permanent
road requested are shown on the attached figure:
