<br />lamation operations, i.e. a coal
<br />loadout and railroad spur facility.
<br />The application was submitted
<br />by CAM Colorado, LLC for the
<br />Fruits Loadout (Permit No.
<br />C- 2010;080).
<br />The coal loadout operation will
<br />be developed on private land,
<br />- Iodated approximately 3 miles
<br />northwest of Fruita, Coiprado
<br />The peimit area encompasses
<br />approximately acres In
<br />Sections 2, 3,10, and 11, Town
<br />ship 1 North, Range 3 West, Ute
<br />P.M., in Mesa County. - -
<br />This proposed decision is based
<br />on a finding that the proposed
<br />operation will comply with all re
<br />quirements of the Colorado Sur
<br />face Coal Mining Reclamation
<br />Act, Section 34 33 101 et seq.,
<br />C.R.S and the regulations pro
<br />mulgated thereunder.

<br />sonable specificity the reasons
<br />for the request and the objet
<br />tions to the proposed decision.
