Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Moon Pit No. 2, Permit No. M- 1977 -443, Notice of Formal Board Hearing for Forfeiture of <br />Financial Warranty <br />On November 23, 2011 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) found that the financial <br />warranty held for the above referenced site is subject to forfeiture. A formal hearing for consideration of <br />revocation of the permit and forfeiture of the financial warranty has been scheduled. <br />During the Board meeting, the Board will consider revoking Permit No. M -1977 -443, and ordering <br />forfeiture of the associated financial warranty. The Hearing will be held during the February 8 -9, 2012 <br />Board meeting at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter can be considered. You will have the opportunity to be represented and heard at <br />the hearing. <br />Please contact the Board's secretary, Ms. Sitira Pope, at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />Denver Office, phone (303) 866 -3567 ext. 8136, to confirm the date for the hearing. The Board's agenda <br />may not be finalized prior to the week of the Board meeting. Therefore, we recommend that you contact <br />Ms. Pope on January 9, 2012.
