DGMC 125 West Main Farmington, New Mexico 87401
January 31, 2012
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, Colorado 8020
RE: Deadwood Gulch Mining CO. — Permit No. M- 1986 -076 Fee and Annual Report
Dear Sir:
We have enclosed the annual fee of $518.00 for our 2012 Annual Report. We have
transferred the Deadwood Gulch Mining Co. (DGMC) from James Bender in 2011.
Since the time of transfer we have not mined the Incas. Our time has been complying
with regulations and updating permits with different governmental organizations. The
annual report was filled out to the best of our knowledge and ability. In April, if weather
permits, we will inspect the site and update any deficiencies in regulatory requirements.
The first goal is a new survey of improvements and disturbed areas with GPS equipment.
Along with this will be a new mining plan and MSHA Safety training for employees that
will be on location. Our intent in February is to contact your local inspector and
determine a plan for his proposed inspection in April 2012.
We have been in contact with the property owner William Burris of Golden Colorado and
will continue to perfect a new lease that relates to our operation under new ownership. In
fact we will copy him with this letter and attachments.
Thank you for your Divisions' assistance over the past year, so we may proceed 'vith the
DWGC effort to start mining in 2012.
Sincerely,
Bcc William Burris
125 West Main
Suite "A"
Farmington New Mexico 87401
Designing for Your Future
