• A new line of survey stakes had been placed on the Morgan property in advance of the pit,
delineating the limit of the next Lift A topsoil salvage operation.

4.06.4:
• The stockpile of topsoil located just east of Pond 013 appeared to be well constructed, and
stable (Photo 2). In October 2011, the topsoil stored in Stockpile 3 (as shown on permit Map
2.05.4-9)was combined with the material already in Stockpile 4. This was necessary in
order to clear the area for westward advancement of the pit on the WFC parcel. Mr. Fry
confirmed that the combined pile was seeded immediately after the addition of the topsoil
from Stockpile 3.
