On <br />behalf of CAM Colorado, the amended data are attached. <br />1. DRMS: On page 2.04 -26 the acronym for United States Fish and Wildlife <br />Service (USFWS) is first given. However, throughout much of the remainder of . <br />the text the acronym (FWS) is used. Please use USFWS throughout the PAP <br />for consistency. <br />CAM: Revised Sections 2.04 -11 and 2.05 -6 to include the correct USFWS <br />acronym. <br />2. DRMS: Please add the following reference to Item 3 on revised page <br />2.04 -36. DRMS: Please add the following discussion to permit text at the top of revised <br />page 2.04 -37 prior to the USFWS conservation measures discussion. "The BA <br />was prepared to evaluate effects of the Proposed Action - construction and <br />operation of the McClane Canyon Mine Expansion and Federal Lease <br />Modification and construction and operation of the Fruita Loadout Facility -in <br />sufficient detail to determine effects on federally listed endangered and <br />threatened species and designated critical habitat. Because of the potential <br />effects to fish and critical habitat, conservation measures have been specified in <br />the Biological Assessment that will avoid /or minimize adverse effects. Seven <br />conservation measures are specified pertaining to both the McClane Canyon <br />Mine Expansion and the Fruita Loadout Facility. The conservation measures are <br />
