The forth quarter 2011 Discharge <br />Monitoring Report were received by the Division on 26 January 2012; the reports cover the time period <br />from 01 October 2011 through 31 December 2011. <br />Outfall 008 discharged during the forth quarter 2011. Discharge 008 did not exceed any compliance <br />criteria during the quarter. <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity tests were collected for analysis during the third and forth quarters. The tests <br />indicated that the effluent was not acutely toxic to Pimephales promelas or Ceriodaphnia dubia. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
