The proposed decision will allow a Phase <br />II release on 592 acres of reclaimed lards where <br />Seneca Coal Company has completed topsoil re- <br />placement and initial reseeding. The reclamation ha- <br />bilty will be reduced by $1,693,918.00. The Division <br />will retain $2,611,566.00 in reclamation performance <br />bonds. The affected area is located in Routt County, <br />approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colo- <br />rado <br />Copes of the proposed decision are available for re- <br />view at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, and at the office of the <br />Hayden Public Library. <br />Any person who has an interest which is or may be <br />adversely affected may request an adjudicatory hear- <br />ing regarding this proposed decision.
