Aerial photographs were taken on January 30, 2012 at approximately <br />12:44 p.m. Six photographs were taken during the flyover. Mike Boulay of the DRMS reviewed the aerial <br />photographs. The entire mine site was snow covered. Weather conditions appeared to be clear and sunny at the <br />time of the flight. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The reclaimed portal bench access road and backfilled portal areas (see Photo No. 1) are visible in the <br />photographs. The waste disposal area, cover soil pile, sediment pond, and topsoil pile are also visible in the <br />photographs (Photo No. 2). There is no activity discernible in any of the site photos.
