The decision due date is February 12, 2012. <br />Mountain Coal Company, LLC has submitted a Minor Revision for the West Elk Mine to address <br />the remediation of the ST -02 slide area. This revision is for mitigation work only and there is no <br />new disturbance proposed. There will be no increase in the mine's liability as a result of this <br />revision. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
