Enclosed is the approval letter from <br />the Division of Water Resources. Exhibit L in Amendment 3 to the permit specifies the <br />reclamation cost of the slurry wall as $1,007,887.41. <br />Amendment 4 to the permit modified the reclamation for Phase 1 to exclude the <br />topsoiling of the sediment basins due to safety issues. Page 2 of Exhibit L in Amendment <br />3 has the topsoiling volume at 205,700 CY for both the 76 acres of Phase 1 and the 7.8 <br />acres of Phase 2. The Phase 1 area requires 90% of the topsoil volume and thus needs <br />185,130 CY.
