Your letter references the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) <br />between the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) and Colorado, specifically the requirement that <br />Colorado update AVS within 30 days of determining that new or updated information exists. <br />OSM directed the Division to update AVS with new information for GCC within the specified <br />time frame.
