The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 9, 2012, a minor revision application (MR -34) to
the King Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -035, operated by GCC Energy, LLC, 11783 Highway 337,
Tijeras, NM 87059 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This Minor Revision updates the
Air Emission Permits issued by the Colorado Division of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Air
Pollution Control Division (APCD) for the King Coal Mine. Permit Nos. 09LP0202F and 11LP3252 are
incorporated with this revision. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations
promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
