As required in the rule, CC &V is providing required <br />information on the Notice of Intent to Construct Monitoring Hole(s) form GWS -51 that are enclosed. The <br />well construction will conform to the requirements found in Rule 10 of 2 CCR 402 -2 for monitoring well <br />construction.
