Hamilton P1. <br />Sheridan, CO 80110 <br />Re: London Butte Underground Exploration, NOI File P- 2011 -029 <br />Approval with Financial Warranty Due <br />Dear: Mr. Miller <br />The of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Operations (NOI) on September 26, 2011. Your notice was reviewed by our office and approved on <br />January 6, 2012. <br />Attached is a copy of a comment letter the Division received regarding the right of entry to the <br />prospecting site (letter dated December 16, 2011 from Paul M. Seby of Moye /White, on behalf of the <br />Estate of Ben Wright). <br />The Division advises you that a condition of the approval of the NOI is that prospecting operations shall <br />be conducted in such a manner as to comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and <br />regulations (please see Section IV, paragraph 3 of Form 2, Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Operations for Hard Rock/Metal Mines, document executed on September 21, 2011 by Robert M. <br />Allender, Jr.). <br />The required financial warranty for this site was determined to be $10,000.00. This financial warranty <br />must be submitted on the appropriate Mined Land Reclamation Board approved forms which are <br />available from our office or can be downloaded from our website at http: / /mining.state.co.us. <br />Please be advised that you may not commence operations until the financial warranty has been <br />submitted and approved by our office.
