The TR would provide for the <br />construction and operation of a methane fueled electricity generator and relocation of an alluvial <br />monitoring well. <br />As a result of our review of the adequacy of measures to protect federal resources and the post <br />mining land use, we identified that the impacts of this minor revision are outside the jurisdiction <br />of the USFS as no Forest lands are affected by TR -73.
