Numeric permit conditions were met at the <br />compliance wells during the quarters, with the notable exception of the sulfate analytical results for <br />CRMW 3B -63 samples. The results intermittently indicated a sulfate concentration above the permitted <br />limit of 1,070 mg/L. Subsequent follow up samples with Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />( "DRMS ") on 14 July, 2 August, and 21 October 2011 were at 1130 mg/l, 1060 mg/l, and 1130 mg/1 <br />respectively.
