This substitute water supply plan ( "SWSP ") is a combined <br />replacement plan that identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from three mine sites <br />along the Cache La Poudre River. The required fee of $771 (3 x $257) has been submitted <br />(receipt nos. 3653215 & 3653245). <br />Plan Operation <br />The following table lists the sites that are involved in this combined replacement plan: <br />TABLE A - COMBINED REPLACEMENT PLAN SITES <br />The exposed surface area at all three sites has been updated based on the current <br />conditions for each site.
