Dedication of Water Rights to <br />Lafarge West, Inc.'s Upper Poudre Substitute Water Supply Plan <br />I, Corey Hansen representing Lafarge West, Inc. , as the owner of 515 shares in the <br />Taylor & Gill Ditch, hereby affirm that 515 shares will be dedicated to the Upper ,Pbudre <br />Substitute Supply Plan for as long as there are depletions at the associated gravel pits, until <br />such time as another replacement source is obtained, or until the associated depletions are <br />reduced requiring Tess water to be dedicated.
