Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste Y - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial inspection of the Keenesburg Mine, DRMS File No. C- 1981 -028. I, Jared Ebert of the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Danny Kipp and Don MacDonald of Coors <br />Energy Company (CEC) accompanied me during the inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05; Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8, <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The drainage ditch on the west side of parcels 30 was inspected. The ditch was in place and stable. <br />Sediment Pond 2 was inspected, the side slopes were stable and the pond was dry. <br />The Dugout Pond was inspected, the side slopes were stable and the pond was dry. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03; Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03. 1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6)Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The road from the shop facilities to Sediment Pond 2, the B Pit and from the B pit south and east to the A -1 and B- <br />1 stockpiles was observed during the inspection. The roads were graded and maintained and the roadside ditches <br />were in good shape. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />An area on south side of the Topsand Pile A -3 in the Long Tenn Spoil area is in the process of being graded. <br />Pit B was inspected. According to Mr. Kipp, four loads of ash were delivered and dumped in the pit today.
