Adequacy Review 91
Dear Mr. Roberts,
The Division has reviewed MR -219 and found the following items that will need to be addressed prior to the Division's
approval of the Minor Revision.
1.) The first sentence of the second paragraph in section 4.4.1.5 states, "Bond Release Blocks for range site C reclaimed
areas will always be comprised solely of range site C reclamation parcels." The language should be modified to note the
new exception discussed at the end of the paragraph.
2.) The last sentence of the second paragraph in section 4.4.1.5 states, "Performance standards for range site A and /or B
will be used on the entire block as applicable ". This language should be modified to make it clear that this provision will
apply when the small range site C parcels are included in a large A/B bond release block.
The decision date for this revision is January 28, 2011. If you need additional time to address these issues, you must
request and extension of the decision date. If the decision date arrives and these issues have not been addressed and an
extension has not been granted, the revision will be denied.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact met at (303) 866 -3567 ext. 8120.
Sincerely,
act—
Jared Ebert
Environmental Protection Specialist, DRMS
CC: Forrest Luke, TMI
Sandy Brown, DRMS
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
