Barickman oHns all three listed structures, <br />REPLY / ANSWER: The ranch fence and the enrty structure are appurtenant <br />structures that the landowner Mr. Barickman owns. Appurtenances pass with the <br />title to the land. Mr. Barickman does own the property and is as well the applicant <br />he will commit replace the ranch fence if during the mining it is damaged. Mr. <br />Barickman will also commit to repair or replace the entry structure if damage <br />occurs to the structure. <br />
