Please pro%ide clarilicatior as to +hi. :h is corr.t <br />If the west txtundary line is in fact 270 feet. it wi l require a change in the affected <br />area on the application and the Lxhib t "E" figures. as well as an adjustment to the <br />hearing(.) of the south and 'or north Ix undary !tors of 1he larger "rectangular" area <br />REPLY / ANSWER: The maps referred to above have been corrected to <br />show that the west boundary line is in fact 320 feet long. The description was not <br />written clearly and therefore incorrect. The maps therefore have been revised to <br />clarify the description of the affected lands. The affected lands did not change the <br />acreage is stated correctly; the Point of Beginning (P.O.B.) has been modified to <br />describe the rectangle bounding the 8.9 acres. The 270 feet is a control station <br />point for locating the P.O.B. in the field. The maps now show a P.O.B. for the <br />mining area. The revised maps dated 1/20/2012 shall supersede the originals for <br />the permit application. <br />3. The UTM coordinates for the entry gate at the bottom of Exhibit A do not match <br />those provided in the Application: <br />a. Application UTM coordinates: 503695 E, 4196959 N <br />b. Exhibit "A" UTM coordinates: 503689 E. 4197064 N <br />Please provide a consistent set of entrance gate coordinates on the Application and <br />Exhibits. <br />REPLY / ANSWER: The UTM coordinates are correct on the application <br />503695E, 4196959N, Zone 13 WGS 84. <br />PLEASE SEE NEXT PAGE FOR CORRECTIONS FOR EXHIBIT A. <br />
