The bonds were submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in
Fremont County. This bond releases is for Northfield series B holes. The B series exploration holes
were twins of the Northfield series A holes that were drilled in 2005 and converted to groundwater
monitoring wells. The bond release covers the final abandonment of the B series holes and not the
drill pads or reclamation of the A series holes. An inspection showed that all disturbance associated
with the exploration project has been adequately reclaimed.
The legal description for the project is as follows:
Township 19 South, Range 70 West, Section 13 and 14
Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit
written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this
proposed decision in the Canon City Daily Record.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
Sincerely,
Jason D. usick
Environmental Protection Specialist
Certified Card No.: 7008 1 140 0004 5015 3214
Return Receipt Requested
C -CX -02 X200522600 KAG 01242012071022 docx
Mined Land Reclamation
STATE OF COLORAD0
COLORADO
D I V I S I O N O F
RECLAMATION
MINING
—&—
SAFETY
John W.
