Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the Partial <br />release of coal exploration bonds submitted by Northfield Partners, LLC for Notices of Intent No. <br />X- 2005- 226 -00. These bonds were submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes <br />in Fremont County. This bond releases is for Northfield series B holes. The B series exploration <br />holes were twins of the Northfield series A holes that were drilled in 2005 and converted to <br />groundwater monitoring wells. The bond release covers the final abandonment of the B series holes <br />and not the drill pads or reclamation of the A series holes.
