Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the above <br />referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The third quarter 2011 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 13 January 2012; the reports cover the time period <br />from 01 July 2011 through 30 September 2011. <br />Outfall 001 discharged intermittently and outfall 002 did not discharge during the third quarter.
