<br />Property
<br />My Agent is authorized in my agent's sole and absolute discretion from time to time and at
<br />any time, with respect to any and all of my property as follows:
<br />(1) With respect to real and personal property: To hold, invest, reinvest and
<br />otherwise deal with and manage all property either real or personal, in
<br />which I have any interest This includes the power to sell, convey, lease,
<br />exchange, mortgage, pledge, release, hypothecate, or otherwise deal with,
<br />dispose oi, exchange or encumber any of my property, including my
<br />homestead, for any term irrespective of the duration of this Durable Power
<br />of Attorney and to conveyor transfer any property owned by me, including
<br />but not limited to any real property or any interest in real property, at the
<br />_prices and upon the terms and conditions and in the manner as my agent
<br />shall determine. My agent may enter into possession of real property,
<br />improve or develop real property, construct, alter or repair buildings or
<br />structures, settle boundarylines, grant easements and other rights, partition
<br />and join with co-owners and others in dealing withreal property, enter into,
<br />renew, extend or renegotiate leases.
<br />(2) With respect to Banks and Financial Transactions: To open, maintain
<br />and close checking, savings or brokerage accounts in any bank, savings and
<br />loan association, credit union, investment firm or similar institution and
<br />may receive, endorse and deposit and negotiable instruments made or
<br />drawn to my order. My agent may issue, receive or endorse with my name
<br />checks, drafts and orders for the payment of money to or from any account
<br />of mine (indudingitems payable to my agent) and may agree to and sign in
<br />my name any authority, signature card or other document related to those
<br />accounts. My agent shall have the power to pay any bills, accounts, claims
<br />and demands now due by me (including those to my agent) or becoming
<br />due by me subsequent to the execution of this Durable Power of Attorney.
<br />(3) With respect to Securities: To appear and vote, and otherwise act as my
<br />proxy or representative in respect to such number of shares or any other
<br />ownership interest of any company, corporation, partnership, limited
<br />liability company, trustor other such organization as I may be entitled to
<br />vote, at any and all meetings of any such organizations, and to sign and
<br />execute any proxies or other instruments for others to vote such shares, to
<br />vote, transfer or surrender any securities that I may own. In connection
<br />therewith, my agent may execute in my name or on my behalf any stock
<br />power or other instrument in order to effect any such vote, transfer or
<br />surrender, to enter into, make, and execute any bond whatsoever, either as
<br />principal or surety, and to sign, seal, acknowledge, and deliver the same for
<br />me and in my name, either as principal or surety;
<br />(4) With respect to legal actions: To enter any personal appearance for me as
<br />plaintiff or as a defendant in any legal action, suit, court, or hearing, or to
