The inspector had no difficulty accessing the RDA and mine <br />site. This snow cover was present on the roads and on the reclaimed mine. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Vegetation throughout the reclaimed mine site is dormant with winter months. The area has been very dry with <br />only light snows. Transplanted shrubs, junipers, and occasional pine appear live on the RDA.
