STOCKPILE SITE
Due to work and stockpile area constraints at the mine site we have elected to utilize an old mill site
approximately 1.5 miles to the south of mine site. This area has pre- disturbance and has the best
topography in the immediate area to be utilized as a stockpile site and possible process site. At this
location there is some available surface material which will be stockpiled along southern half perimeter
to construct a berm to be used as storm runoff containment as well as a visual barrier. Stockpiled
material will be contained within all runoff containment. There could be as much as 75- 100,000 tons
stockpiled at this site at its maximum. Upon completion of mining any remaining stockpiles will be
rounded and graded south, facing slopes will be final graded to a 3:1 slope and remaining slopes will all
be 4:1 or flatter. Berm material will be utilized to cap stockpile material to a depth of 6 -12 ". All re-
vegetation will be performed to NRCS recommendations. This site plan has been agreed upon by BLM,
the surface owner. Site contains 4.5 +/- acres.
Reclamation costs associated with stockpile site are as follows:
Final Grading -D6 Dozer 40 hrs @ $150.00 /Hour
Soil Placement and Spreading
950Cat Loader Wheel Material from Berms for Placement 40 hrs @ $125.00 /Hour
Spreading Soil and Grading -D6 Dozer 20 hrs @ $150.00 /Hour
TOTAL STOCKPILE SITE RECLAMATION COST
$ 5000.00
!300 0.00
$14000.00
10
