Go. us> <br />Subject: Stormwater discharge permit certification - Colorado Quarries, Inc. <br />:late: November 8, 2011 2:05:25 PM MST <br />io: "nkrauth @gwestoffice . net" <nkrauth@gwestoffice.net> <br />Nicole, <br />As discussed by phone earlier, I received the amended stormwater discharge permit application that includes the <br />Colorado Quarries Mica White Pit, the associated access roads, and stock -pile area, on October 14, 2011. <br />The application is complete, and contains all the information I need to move forward with issuing Colorado Quarries a <br />permit certification under the stormwater discharge permit for Sand and Gravel Mining and Processing (COR340000). <br />I will require Colorado Quarries to sample stormwater discharges from the facility, and as such, the permit certification <br />will take a little time to write and issue. <br />Be advised that this is not because you have not shown due diligence with respect to the application requirements, but <br />because I have other competing duties.
