According to the information reported for parcel F- AB -01, a 21.0 acre portion of this parcel was
seeded in May of 2002. Given this, the ten year liability period for this area has not been completed and would
not be eligible for Phase III bond release pursuant to Rule 3.02.3(2)(b) and (d). This portion of the parcel or the
entire parcel will need to be removed from the bond release area for SL -13.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at (303) 866 -3567 ext. 8120.
Sincerely,
 Cw-
Jared Ebert
Environmental Protection Specialist, DRMS
CC: Graham Robert, TMI
Sandy Brown, DRMS
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
