The permit <br />area encompasses approximately 386 50 acres <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that the <br />proposed operation will comply with all requrements <br />of the Colorado Surface Coal Miring Reclamation <br />Act, Section 34 33 101 et seq., C.R S., and the regu- <br />lations promulgated there under. <br />A copy of the "Proposed Decision and Findings of <br />Compfance ", including any stipulations, is on file for <br />public inspection at the Colorado Division of Recla- <br />mation, Mining and Safety, Room 215 Centennial <br />Building, 1 31 3 Sherman Street, Deriver, Colorado <br />80203, and at the Routt County Clerk's Office, P O. <br />Box 773598, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.
