The telephone call was in regard to <br />the above referenced Reclamation Permit application. The application was originally approved <br />by the Division on September 17, 2010. However, the Reclamation Permit was never issued <br />because the Applicant did not post the required financial warranty within one calendar year of <br />the approval date. In accordance with Rule 4.12 the approval of the Reclamation Permit must be <br />reconsidered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board and the notification procedures followed as <br />outlined in Rule 1.6. Mr. McKee stated that the original comments submitted to the Division on <br />July 15, 2010 still apply and that a Department of the Army (DA) Permit will not be required for <br />this operation.
