Everist, Incorporated, whose address and telephone number are 7321 <br />E. 88th Ave., Ste 200 , Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 286 -2247, submitted a request for financial warranty reduction <br />for the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M- 1999 -120. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 30, Township 2N, Range 66W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
