Pineda <br />2352 N 7 Street, Unit C Director <br />Grand junction, CO 81501 <br />Re: Fruita Loadout Facility Biological Assessment (September 26, 2011) and Addendum #2 <br />(November 1, 2011) Corrections <br />Dear Mr. Heaps: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received a letter via e-mail on January 12 <br />from Dawn Pacula of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) <br />regarding corrections and clarification language for the Fruita Loadout Facility Biological <br />Assessment (BA) and Addendum #2. The attached correction letter from OSM addresses the <br />incorrectly stated BA conservation measure ( #3) required at the Fruita Loadout and an inaccurate <br />modeling figure that was stated within Addendum #2.
