The pond <br />slopes and embankment were stable with vegetative cover and the spillways appeared to be functioning. <br />The Load Out Rail Loop Pond 2 was inspected; it was snow covered. Both the inlet and outlet structures were <br />stable. The embankments were stable with vegetative cover. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />All of the load out facilities except the office trailers on the west side of the permit boundary have been <br />removed. They area has been graded to blend in with the surrounding topography. Topsoil has been spread from <br />material obtained from topsoil piles TS -1 and TS -2.
