Exhibit 19(17)
SMALL AREA EXEMPTION - TR -61
LOCATED SOUTH OF POND 7
Notes for Calculations:
1. A curve number of 94 was used for newly graded areas.
2. The 1.8 acre small area exemption (SAE) is shown on Map 11, Sheets 1, 2 & 3.
3. The attached Figure 1 provides an up close view of the drainage patterns.
4. The SAE will be surrounded on the south and east sides by berms and or silt
fences.
5. Flow to the SAE generally enters from the west.
6. Berms shall be at least 1.5 feet high.
7. A 40 foot long silt fence will be located at the low point in the small area
exemption.
8. A berm will be constructed across the roads to direct the run -off to the silt fence.
The silt fence is located between the roads and east of all activity. The berms
across the road can be tapered to allow smooth traffic flow. Alternatively, a ditch
could be constructed across the roads to direct run -off to the silt fence.
ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATION
The calculations and inforalatiiom- presented on pages EXH. 19(17) -1 through 19(17) -10
with a date of 12/21/111 " '
vepeparedbme during the month of December2011, and the
information presentedean the best of my knowledge and belief.
Jars° e Stover .. 0 Date
Registere on h >ai ineer
 i g
State of Co%eW W6. 19230
TR -61 Page EXH. 19(17) -1 12/21/11
