Box 459 <br />Florence CO 81226 <br />Re: Southfield Mine, C1981-014, Annual Sediment Pond Inspection Report; 2011 <br />Second Quarter 2011 Sediment Pond Inspection Report <br />Dear Mr. Patterson: <br />On June 27, 2011 the Division received second Quarter 2011 Sediment Pond Inspection reports for the Southfield <br />Mine. Four ponds, loadout pond #1, loadout pond #2, pond #4, and pond #5, are permitted under the Southfield <br />permit. The ponds were inspected on May 5, 2011. No problems or concerns were reported with any of the four <br />ponds during second quarter 2011. All four ponds were dry at the time of the inspection.
