MI Paul Banks and Associates, LLC 720 Kipling Street — Suite117
December 2, 2011
Larkin irrigation Company
Debeque, CO 81630
Subject: Oldcastle Southwest Group, inc.
State Mining Permit Application
Near Debeque, Colorado
Dear Sir /Madam:
Oldcastle Southwest Group, Inc. has made application to the Colorado Division
of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) for a sand and gravel mining permit
on a property near Debeque, Colorado. State regulations require the mine
operator to attempt to obtain a notarized Agreement with owners of permanent,
valuable man -made structures within 200 feet of the affected mining and
reclamation activities. The Agreement basically states that the mine operator will
be responsible to repair or replace any such structures damaged by the
operation. The structure that is the subject of this letter is described on the
attached Agreement which has already been signed by a vice president of
Oldcastle.
Attached to the Agreement are a legal description of the subject property and a
map of the subject property. Please review the Agreement, sign it (if you agree)
and return it to me. You had previously signed an agreement for a permit which
has expired. This is an application to re- activate the permit. Feel free to call me
if you have any questions. Thank you.
Since ely,
a„,i6
aul Banks
Attachments
Lakewood, Colorado 80215
(303) 274 -4277
(303) 274 -8329 Fax
www.paulbanksandassociates.com
