I am also sending the attached letter to <br />Tony Waldron on this matter. Whitewater feels we are being held liable for the <br />actions of the land owner. We understand that you want improvements installed to <br />certain building criteria but Whitewater nor you where consulted by the land <br />owner and I do not feel he is required to do so.
