We <br />have the following comments and questions on the application, following the numbering of our <br />original August 30, 2011 adequacy review letter. <br />1 -2. Resolved. <br />3. SCC revised the text as requested, but a few inconsistencies remain. <br />a. Resolved. <br />b. Table 1 on Page 6 of the bond release application narrative and the narrative on page <br />12 of Attachment E show that the Total All Hit Allowable Herbaceous Cover of the <br />Sagebrush ERA was 36.30 percent. The equation on page 6 (below Table 1) and the <br />sample adequacy calculation on page 15 of Appendix E show it as 35.8 percent. <br />Please revise the pages so that the tables and narrative are consistent. <br />c.
